Booking

The reservation is not confirmed if the farmhouse does not receive the relevant deposit within 7 days and the farmhouse is free to offer the availability to other guests.

Confirmatory deposit

To guarantee the confirmation of the reservation the deposit is 50 % of the total amount due for the entire stay.

Method of Payment

Deposit - 50% on booking, by bank transfer, or postal order.

Balance - on arrival, by cash or credit card.

Check-in from h. 15.00 to h. 21.00*.

Check-out by 10.00 a.m.

*Any arrivals after h. 21,00 must be communicated at the time of booking and in any case involve an extra charge (depending on the time)

Cancellation policy

1. if a client cancels the reservation before 30 days from the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit amount will be returned (of course, the costs of screening/return should be deducted);

2. if a customer cancels between 29 and 15 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit is retained in full (of course, the costs of screening/return should be deducted);

3. if a customer cancels a reservation between the 14th and 0 (day of arrival), he/she must pay for the entire stay booked, excluding additional services (breakfasts & meals).

4. Similarly, if a customer cancels a reservation while already on site (e.g. he/she booked 6 days but wants to leave on the 2nd day), he/she must pay for the entire stay booked, excluding additional services (breakfasts & meals).
