Crostini with Mozzarella of Bufala Campana d.o.p. |

In a pan rather large, preventively greased of butter, you put one beside the other “crostini” proceded from the stale bread or the pan carrè, trying to make so that they do not remain of the empty ones. On these the slices of Mozzarella of Bufala Campania d.o.p., some broken or bare tomato carefullied lay down, some basil, some butter and a little of grated parmesan. Put into an oven in warm furnace for twenty minutes.
Ingredients for 4 persons
750 gr. of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana d.o.p.,
gr. 500 of stale bread or pan carrè,
gr. 100 of butter,
200 gr. of bare tomatos or peelings,
parmesan,
basil
